Ingredients: Lemon Verbena, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, Ginger, Apple, Cardamom, Ashwagandha, Rose Hips, goji Berries, Hibiscus, Star Anise, Allspice, Toasted Coconut, Whole Cloves.

Lemon Verbena: Lemon verbena has been used medicinally for centuries, particularly for its ability to relieve muscle spasms, reduce fevers, and promote digestive health. This herb is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, making it a powerful natural remedy. Its benefits are many: from aiding digestion to reducing joint and muscle pain and even fighting infection.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon is chock-full of antioxidants and has been linked with the prevention of heart disease. Additionally, it can be helpful in relieving stomach pain and other digestive issues. Eugenol, a feature of Cinnamon, can not only lower blood pressure but also improve memory.

Orange Peel: This potent, anti-inflammatory tea infusion helps lower cholesterol, and blood pressure and prevent disease. It also boosts immunity and brings overall wellness to the body.

Ginger: Ginger is a root that is known for its ability to relieve nausea and motion sickness, but it is also great for overall digestion. It has beneficial effects on the stomach, helping it absorb food and ease bloating. It can help with indigestion and can also protect the digestive tract from ulcers. On top of that, it also boosts the immune system and promotes weight loss. The chakras most impacted are the sacral and solar plexus.

Apple: Apple tea boasts a bevy of health benefits, including improved digestion, reduced inflammation, and improved heart health. The tea’s healthy effects on managing diabetes come from its compounds that help regulate blood sugar levels. It’s an effective laxative. The intake of Vitamin D3 from Apple tea has been found to improve bone health and imparts positive benefits for cardiovascular function. It enhances eyesight and strengthens the immune system.

Cardamom: Cardamom is a potent antioxidant and diuretic that helps expel cell waste from the body. It also has great anti-inflammatory properties that can protect your body from disease. Additionally, it aids digestion and oral health. Cardamom also improves respiratory health by increasing airflow to the lungs and aiding the circulation of oxygen in the body.

Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb, has been used for centuries for its wide range of health benefits. It is an adaptogen—a substance that helps the body adapt to physical and emotional stressors—which makes it especially beneficial for those who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or tired. Ashwagandha has also been shown to reduce chronic inflammation and lower levels of stress hormones and cortisol. Additionally, consuming Ashwagandha tea may also improve physical performance, increase energy levels and even help regulate blood sugar levels. Finally, when taken as a tea, it offers an aromatic and calming experience, since the volatile oils are released during the brewing process.

Rose: The rose, a flower that has been romanticized for centuries, has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over five thousand years. Its benefits include boosting the immune system, treating sore throats, and boosting metabolism. It is also excellent for the health of your skin and hair. Rose tea is a natural diuretic and can help with urinary tract infections.  Rose Affects the Heart Chakra.

Goji Berries: Goji Berries are a great addition to herbal tea. They contain many beneficial nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Vitamin B-6, as well as antioxidants which can help to protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Goji Berries may help to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, and improve digestion Finally, due to their sweet taste they can add an enjoyable flavor to herbal tea!

Hibiscus: The Hibiscus flower is rich in antioxidants and nutrients. It helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure, protects the liver, and has mood-lifting properties. This delectable flower’s petals have anti-inflammatory properties and can assist with constipation relief, nutrient absorption, and toxin expulsion.

Star Anise: Star Anise is an excellent digestive aid, making it ideal to drink as tea after a meal. Additionally, it has been shown to have antidepressant and blood sugar-balancing properties, and can also help reduce inflammation within the body. Star anise tea can help you relax and find inner peace.

Allspice: The compound eugenol, which gives allspice its zesty flavor, can sometimes be used to relieve nausea. Allspice tea may be effective in soothing an upset stomach. Allspice may have eugenol-based compounds that could stave off bacterial infections. Some studies have also shown that eugenol has antiseptic and antifungal properties.  Allspice contains phytoestrogens which can alleviate symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes. Allspice is commonly used in food in cultures where menopausal women experience fewer negative symptoms.

Toasted Coconut: Toasted coconut in herbal tea can provide a variety of health benefits. Toasting coconut in the oven or on a skillet can bring out its nutty flavor, enhancing the aromatic qualities of your herbal tea. It can also add a touch of sweetness to the tea without relying on refined sugar. Additionally, toasted coconut is also known to be a natural anti-inflammatory remedy, which may help alleviate a variety of digestive issues and reduce swelling in joints.

Clove: This flavorful spice is a potent antibacterial and is rich in antioxidants. It may be highly beneficial for liver health as well as for blood sugar regulation.
